They say it takes around 60 days to form a new habit. GHC is on a mission to provide people of all shapes and sizes, with tools and products, that allow them to form habits that last.

We can’t all be changing the world. So why not start by changing your own. Maybe you start by making your bed in the morning, skipping the coffee to have a glass of water, or maybe by adding a pill of personally adjusted nutrition to your daily breakfast routine. It’s totally up to you.

Your habits are your habits, and Good Habit Co. is not here to force feed you with good advice on how to become super human. They are here to let us know that we are magnificent, just the way we are - hangovers and all. They just thought we should know, that it has been scientifically proven that 43% of our daily behaviour is based on habit. From the way we dry ourselves after a shower, to the way we tie our shoelaces, our brains are wired for repetition.

So maybe, just maybe, there is a habit in there worth changing for the better. Maybe not.

From naming and brand story, to key messages and visual identity, we set out to create a nutrition brand that challenges the more pharmaceutical approach seen elsewhere in the industry. When it comes to nutrition, one shape doesn’t fit all. Through an intricate test of your personality and lifestyle, GHC will offer you a nutritions-solution that will fit your needs. In order to package that notion in a friendly and approachable way, we created a brand that doesn’t tell you how to live your life, what to eat or drink, or which shape or size you should fit into. Through dynamic visual assets that hint the overarching idea of “no shape fits all”, and a “from-the-hip” approach to photography, the brand oozes confidence and invites anyone to join the “Good Habit Company”.
